Stationery/NECOS :

NEFSCUN sells business forms and stationery to member SACCOS, non member SACCOS, NGOs, INGOS and individuals. NEFSCUN uses its size to make bulk purchases from the printers at a competitive price. The stationary product line consists of business forms and stationary for SACCOS to use for transactions with individual customers. NEFSCUN member SACCOS and District Unions receive a 20% discount on stationary products.
 
NEFSCUN endeavors to be responsive to its customer's needs. As such purchasers are requested to provide feedback when making purchases. NEFSCUN complies the feedback and reviews its marketing plan on at least a quarterly basis.

NEFSCUN distributes stationary products from both its Central Office in Kathmandu, its Eastern Field Office in Itahari, Western Field Office in Banke and BDC in Chitwan.

NEFSCUN's members are now starting to keep their financial activities into a complete computerized cooperative accounting system NECOS, an innovative product of NEFSCUN. Members were eager to get the system for making cooperative transparent from a long time, the dream has been real now. Members are satisfied with the native language software.

The computer software was developed to meet all the requirements of cooperative accounting and reporting. The system is very easy to handle and is in Nepali Language. NEFSCUN has the plan of mass selling even into rural community of Nepal as sharing the technology. Technically, it was developed by Professional Computer System with the design of NEFSCUN and the financial support of Canadian Cooperative Association (CCA).
